1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and c95jl Casino ("c95jl," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the c95jl Casino website, mobile platform, applications, games, services, and all associated features and content (collectively, the "Platform").

11. Account Suspension & Closure

c95jl Casino reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed by the player;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;

• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., not as a result of a Terms violation), any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal minimums and KYC requirements. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon account closure under any circumstances.
